La Boquería

semi-overcast 57 °F

La Boquería is a world-famous market in Barcelona. It's the most colorful place I've ever seen. Have a look for yourself (though it's nothing like actually being there... sorry)!

This is a dying crab that was foaming from the mouth... yeah, most of the seafood is still alive. Pretty morbid.

im sure that calamari would taste amazing! Markets are such fantastic spots, i bet spain has some really good ones. Do you know why there isnt much emphasis on organic food? or is much of their food organic but it just isnt super advertised as such like it is here in the US?
